I contacted Zachary back in 2002 to design a small addition for a bathroom and laundry room.
This enabled my wife and I to remove the plumbing fixtures in the large room we used for the
bathroom and convert it into a bedroom for a child to come. We were happy with Zachary’s design
and how the new addition complimented the layout of our house.
Then in 2020 we contacted Zachary because we were using our teenage daughter’s bedroom for
our craft room. She needed her own space! Zachary came up with a design that accommodated
our needs and budget, and enabled my daughter to have her own private bedroom, and my wife to
have plenty of countertop layout space and storage below.
Zachary communicated well, he went above and beyond our expectations, his drawings were
detailed right for the building permit and construction, and people say they can’t tell what the
addition is because it blends in so well.
